SCHEDULING POLICY

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

It is important to our veterinarians and our staff to care for your pet, however, we understand conflicts may arise with your scheduled appointment time. We ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel it. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be asked to pay a deposit fee before scheduling another appointment. 

Pre-purchase exams

All clients requesting to schedule a Pre-Purchase exam will be required to put a deposit down. The deposit will be applied to the overall total.
